1. Material selection

2. Cleaning
Peanuts are inevitably contaminated with tiny dust, bacteria, mold, and other invisible microorganisms. 3. Soak

4. Cooking
The soaked peanuts are placed in a sandwich pot, poured into clean water, steamed and heated for cooking. When cooking, stir constantly to ensure uniformity of cooking. When the water boils, immediately remove the peanuts. Do not cook for too long, otherwise the peanut skin will turn yellow and affect the appearance of the product.
5. Seasoning. Seasonings for seasoning sweet peanuts include: licorice, edible sweeteners, and table salt. The requirement to choose a sweetener: legal and efficient, in line with the "Standards for the Use of Food Additives" GB2760, and used according to the limited amount.
Seasoning operation method: 1) Add water, licorice, edible sweetener, salt to the pot and heat. After the water is boiled, use a small fire and cook for 2 hours to prepare seasoning water. 2) Put the cooked shelled peanuts into the seasoning water and soak for half an hour to allow the sweet, salty and other substances to fully penetrate into the peanut nuts.
6. Drying
Remove the shelled peanuts from the flavored water, place on a perforated plate, drain the water, and place in an oven for baking. At the time of baking, the appropriate temperature and time are selected and the temperature is between 80-100 degrees Celsius. After the peanut nuts and peanut shells are dried, the heating is stopped and the shelled peanuts are removed from the oven.
7. Wind selection, cooling
The peanuts removed from the oven contain some debris that can be blown off by air separation. At the same time as the wind selection, the wind can also play a role in cooling the peanuts.
8. Packaging
Pack and seal the cooled shelled peanuts in time.
9. Inspection
According to the relevant standards, the peanuts after packaging are inspected, and the tested peanuts can be used as finished products, stored in the warehouse and sold externally.
