6. Adjust the alarm knob to the zero direction as the critical value, and the instrument will give an audible alarm.
7. Satisfying the above requirements means that the instrument has the measurement conditions and can perform qualitative and quantitative leak detection of SF6 gas.
8. When the leak point is found, the instrument will sound an alarm, the alarm indicator will flash, the pointer will deflect, the measured value of SF6 leakage can be obtained from the meter, and then the standard curve will be used to obtain the SF6 leakage concentration, and the annual leakage will be calculated. rate.
B) Shutdown
1. “Shift Knob†hits “Prepareâ€.
2. Close the “measurement switchâ€.
3. Close the "running switch".
4. Close the “Power Lock†and dial the power cord.
5. “Alarm knob†is adjusted to “∞â€.
Precautions
1. Before starting the machine, the operator should be familiar with the operating instructions and strictly follow the steps of starting and shutting down the instrument.
2. Do not place the probe on the ground. The gun hole must not be dusty or broken, so as not to affect the performance of the instrument.
3. The gun and the chassis must not be disassembled to avoid affecting the normal operation of the instrument.
4. The instrument probe has been adjusted and must not be adjusted. Whether the instrument is normal or not depends on the number of self-calibration.
5. Pay attention to the maintenance of the vacuum pump, whether the heart solenoid valve is working properly and keep the seal, because the vacuum pump and solenoid valve work normally, it will affect the use of the instrument.
6. When changing the oil to the vacuum pump, the instrument must not be energized to avoid electric shock.
7. The instrument should not be placed upside down during transportation, and should not be vibrated violently.
