Injector maintenance experience

First, the timing of the fuel injector inspection (1) In the current conditions, injectors used every six months (imported one year, refers to continuous work), you have to test once; use one year (imported parts for two years) The nozzle should be replaced. If high-quality precipitated oil is used often, the above time can be doubled. (2) Check the injector if it is found that the exhaust is emitting black smoke, the rotational speed is unstable, the working sound of the diesel engine is abnormal, the power is decreased, the starting is not easy, and the fuel consumption is increased. (3) Maintenance of diesel engine high number, vehicle overhaul, injectors must be tested. (4) Conditional permission, injectors should also be inspected before newly installed fuel injectors are installed. (5) The traditional method of checking the injector for faults on the machine is the broken cylinder method. The simplest method is the observation method. When an abnormal phenomenon occurs in the diesel engine during operation, check if there is diesel leakage in one of the cylinders of the exhaust pipe. If the branch pipe has oil traces, then the injector is faulty. Some new diesel engines have a good working condition. If a certain injector malfunctions and the fault phenomenon is not obvious, when the exhaust manifold is found to have oil leakage, the cylinder injector should also be inspected. Second, the injector leakage prevention Injector leakage is caused by the needle valve stuck one of the main reasons. If the needle valve is stuck in the open state, the diesel fuel injected by the injector will be oily, unable to atomize, and will not be completely combusted. Even the combustion gas will enter the high pressure oil pipe and the fuel injection pump. In this way, the high pressure fuel pipe is unscrewed. There will be a "return to gas" phenomenon; if the needle valve is stuck in the closed position, the fuel injector will not be injected, so an abnormal knocking sound will be generated in the injection pump, and the high-pressure fuel pipe may burst when serious. Main reasons for the leakage of the injector: (1) When repairing or maintaining the injector, the injector seat hole provided on the cylinder head easily falls into the dust and impurities, so that the injector gasket and the seat hole Not tightly sealed. (2) When the fuel injector is installed, the two bolts of the fixed injector are not tightly tightened, resulting in a tight seal between the injector and the seat hole. (3) Because the seal is not strict, the high-pressure, high-temperature combustion gas in the cylinder will leak out from the injector seat hole, so that the injector needle valve directly heat and expand, and the diesel in the needle valve pair will also be due to high temperature Deterioration produces coke, which causes the injector needle valve to get stuck. Preventing the leakage of the injector: (1) When installing the injector, thoroughly clean the injector seat hole. The sealing washer between the injector seat hole and the injector should be made of copper or aluminum. To meet the requirements. (2) When installing fixed fuel injectors, the two fixing bolts should be evenly and properly tightened, and care must be taken not to install skew (skew can cause joint deformation, hairpinning, air leakage, and local high temperature sintering). Third, the installation of oil injectors should be installed with more care, many hands or repairman excessive force when assembling, often resulting in high pressure tubing fracture, screw screw slip, return pipe screw twisted. The correct method is: clean the injector hole so that the diesel engine idles, ejects carbon deposits and other debris from the injector hole, and then place the injector pad over the injector nozzle (after the spacer is prohibited Insert the fuel injector), place the injector into the hole, and tighten the nuts on both sides at the same time. If all the injectors are installed, they should idle the engine. If a cylinder leak is found, the copper rods can be used lightly. Gently tap on the injector and tighten the nuts on both sides. Then tighten the adjusting nut cap again. Prevent the change of injection pressure after loosening. When fixing the high pressure tubing, it should be screwed until it does not leak oil.
