Immersion method This method is applicable to the treatment of large-grain mildew feeds such as corn and other seeds. The method is: using lime to mix 0.8% to 1.2% of lime water, grinding the moldy feed into 2 mm to 5 mm pellets, mixing in a ratio of 2:1, stirring for 15 minutes, and standing still for 3 Hours, pour out the water, rinse with water once or twice, and dry. This method has a high detoxification rate, but it is expensive to use water and is not suitable for the treatment of large amounts of mildewed feed. Leaching method This method is a treatment method using sodium bicarbonate, saline, calcium chloride and other extraction methods, and has a good effect on the removal of aflatoxin in feed. The ammonia method mixes the ammonia water in the moldy feed, mixes it in a closed container, and puts it in the room for 3 days to 7 days to achieve the purpose of detoxification. This treatment method is simple in operation and high in the detoxification rate, but the amount of ammonia is large. At the same time, ammonia volatilization after treatment can cause environmental pollution. Another method of ammonia detoxification is to place the feed with ammonia (with a small amount of ammonia) under high temperature. In this way, ammonia water volatilizes at a high temperature to produce viscous ammonia molecules that can exert an adhesive effect on toxins and thus achieve detoxification. This treatment method uses less ammonia and has better detoxification. Cooking method is a basic treatment. The moldy feed is co-cooked with soda or lime.
