Precautions and general knowledge to be aware of when using a bone-injected saline machine are as follows:
Do not operate the machine without a filter. When the salt water machine is working, the brine must be operated with one of the filters. If the filter is full, the brine can flow directly to another clean filter. A dirty filter can be cleaned by stopping the machine. It should also be noted that as long as a small hole appears in the filter grid, it will quickly cause the needle to become clogged, and the machine should have good filtering conditions;
When used, the brine tank should not be empty, otherwise the brine pump and gasket will be damaged;
After the work is completed, the brine in the brine tank must be emptied. Fill the water, increase the injection volume of the brine pump, and run for a few minutes, otherwise the salt water will dry in the pump, causing the gasket to be damaged and the circulation pump to be blocked;
Do not place any tools or objects on the conveyor belt to avoid damaging the needles;
Regularly clean safety windows and plastic machine components, do not use very hot water, because hot water will deform them;
For good injections, the needle must be cleaned daily, the blocked needle is soaked in boiling water for a few minutes, and compressed air is blown in the opposite direction. When replacing the needle, do not forget the reset of the needle cover and carefully check that the needle is fully in position;
Always keep the cover and the door closed, because the motor and hydraulic piston are not stainless steel, which will reduce their service life in salty air.
