Plug valve repair and installation

Plug Valves All weld repairs and weld repairs must use welders and welds that meet ASME Section IX standards. For defects whose depth reaches 20% or more of the thickness of the object to be repaired, no repair is allowed. Plug valve installation The plug valve should be kept as close to the reference as far as possible. All working valves installed above the ground, operating platform or other accessible location 2100 mm or higher should be capable of hammering the pulleys that they work with. The hammer pulley should be equipped with a U-type splint, not a J-type bolt splint. The valve should be suitable for both vertical and horizontal installations.
