When budding the needle mushroom, first pull the pocket so that the film leaves the material surface to promote oxygenation. Then remove the large bacterial seed blocks at both ends of the bag, and grow small and large young mushrooms on the seed blocks. Otherwise, on the one hand, most of the small mushrooms will not be able to provide nutrition, and on the other hand, it will affect the overall growth of the mushroom buds. The most important aspect of this stage is humidity. All measures should be taken to increase the humidity to 90%~98%. Because the number of primordial formations at this stage directly affects the final yield, the greater the humidity, the more primordial formation. When there is a conflict between ventilation and moisturization, moisturizing should be given priority. If germination and mushrooming are on the same site, ventilation should be continued for 2 to 3 days before budding to completely eliminate exhaust gas generated during germination. Once the bag is pulled, there should be less ventilation and more humidity.
In addition, in this stage, the temperature should be controlled at 8 °C ~ 13 °C, to maintain proper scattered light, stimulate the formation of primordia.
