The concentration of finished ketchup is about 28-30% and 36-38% BRIX. The ATAGO online concentration meter CM-800a and CM-780N can be installed at the outlet of each circulating pump of the three-effect evaporator. It can be seen that at the 5a, 5b, and 5c positions, the installation method is bypass piping installation, which can monitor the current concentration value of each effect tomato processing in real time, and the instrument concentration value can be converted into 4-20 mA current line number. The system, or PLC, is used for precise integrated control to improve production efficiency, effectively reduce production costs and increase production efficiency.
The ATAGO online concentration meter pipe adapter has its own high-pressure water flushing line, which ensures that the measurement results will not be affected by the high-viscosity adhering instrument prism during the ketchup production process.
