If the motor is wet, you can use the following methods:
1, the circulation hot air drying method: use a heat insulation material made of a drying room (such as fire brick construction), leaving an outlet above, the side has an air inlet. The air inlet is connected with the heating chamber, and a 220V electric wire of about 3kW is set in the heating chamber in an insulated manner (the heating chamber may also be heated by other methods). The heating chamber can be made of iron sheet. The hot air in the heating chamber is blown into the drying chamber with a blower to dry the motor windings. The drying room hot air temperature is controlled at about 100°C.
2. Light bulb drying method: Put one or a few high-power incandescent bulbs (such as 100W) into the motor cavity for drying. Note: The light bulb should not be too close to the coil to prevent burn out of the coil. Can be covered with canvas and other things on the motor casing for insulation.
3, there are also available desiccant: (1) lime desiccant. The main component is calcium oxide, its water absorption capacity is achieved through chemical reaction, so water absorption is irreversible. Regardless of the humidity of the external environment, it can maintain a moisture absorption capacity greater than 35% of its own weight, is more suitable for low temperature preservation, has an excellent dry moisture absorption effect, and the price is lower. (2) silica gel desiccant. The desiccant is a different kind of silica gel packaged in a moisture-permeable pouch. The main raw material is a highly porous silica containing non-toxic, odorless, odorless, chemically stable, strong moisture absorption properties. Relative prices are more expensive.
