3. Considering the large amount of electricity consumed by the tea makers, a qualified electrician must have a special line installation on the tea maker wires. A special sheath wire (with a cross-sectional area of ​​4 mm2 or more) is generally used for the installed wires to prevent excessive power and burn out of other wires. At the same time, a miniature circuit breaker (ie, air protector) with a rated current of 25A must be installed before the tea maker outlet.
4. The qualified electrician must install a grounding device.
5. Before operating, you must carefully check the electrical switch and leads, whether the insulation is good and whether there is leakage.
6. When the machine is in operation, check whether there is abnormal sound and abnormal heat; whether the computer board is working properly. If abnormal, stop immediately and ask professional technicians to check and eliminate.
7. It is forbidden for untrained personnel to operate the machine; it is forbidden to operate after drinking to prevent any harm to the person or property.
8. During the frying process, it is forbidden for casual personnel to walk around, to touch the electrical switch or to step on the power leads in order to prevent electric shocks; it is prohibited for casual workers to put their hands into the frying pan for picking up the tea to prevent pinching; Play next to the machine to prevent accidents.
9. Using charcoal-heated frying machines, unused charcoal should not be placed next to the machine to prevent the charcoal from burning.
10. After the frying tea is over, you must cut off the power (and remove the charcoal) and check that the wires are in good condition; Lubricate all lubrication points.
11. Keep frying equipment not in use temporarily in a cool, ventilated, dry room. All parts that are in direct contact with the ground should be covered with wood to prevent rust.
12. For frying machines heated with charcoal, small fire extinguishers must be provided.
