How to Seed the Shannon Seeds

Toona sinensis seeds have matured from the end of October. After the stone fruit is purple-black, they are picked from the trees. When the pupils pick the seeds for safety, it is best to shoot down the stone fruits and pick them up on the ground, or wait for the stone fruit to fall off and then collect them. The stone fruit processing method is to first soak the collected stone fruit with clean water for 2 days to 3 days, remove and rub it with fine sand, or rub it with a pair of rubber shoes, and then float it with a bucket to remove the peel and flesh, and get a full plump at the bottom of the bucket. Seed; and then slightly smaller than the black bean grain gray seeds, and wood ash mixing, degreasing 12 hours to 24 hours, before the seeds can be washed clean, dry after the wet sand can be stored. The method of wet sand storage is: When there are more seeds, it is better to store them with small wooden cylinders, and when there are few seeds, large pots can be used for storage. Firstly lay a layer of 5cm to 10cm thick wet sand on the bottom of the tank or basin. The moisture content of the wet sand is held by hand and loosened to the degree that it is scattered. Then spread a layer of about 3 thick on the wet sand. Wash the centimeters of seeds, then spread a layer of wet sand of 3cm to 5cm thick, and spread a clean seed of about 3cm thick; so a layer of sand seeds, until there is still from the cylinder mouth or basin mouth At about 10 cm, the last layer of wet sand should have a thickness of more than 5 cm and leave a space of 5 cm to 8 cm to facilitate the seeds to breathe and prevent the seeds from decaying. Or evenly mix the seeds and clean wet fine sand in a ratio of 1:3, place them in water tanks or flower pots, and cover the top layer with pure wet sand of 3 cm to 5 cm thick, also leaving 5 cm. Do not fill up to 8cm. The seeds of Toona sinensis need to be inspected frequently during storage, and it is found that if the sand grains are too dry, the moisture content of the sand grains must be sprayed in a timely manner. If mildew spots are found, the seeds should be poured out for washing as soon as possible, and the fresh clean wet sands should be replaced and stored again. About one-third of the grain gaps in Shanghai are exposed in about the end of February and the beginning of March, and sowing can be carried out. The sowing rate is about 10 kg to 15 kg per mu.
