The promotion and application of chitosanamine plant disease-resistance and yield-increasing agents is a vicious circle that has emerged from the large-scale application of chemical fertilizers and chemical pesticides, and it is an inevitable requirement for achieving sustainable agricultural development. China is the world’s largest fertilizer application country, and the large-scale application of chemical fertilizers has brought about an increase in production. However, the benefits of increasing chemical fertilizer production and income have dropped from 35:1 in 1978 to the current 20:1, and the use of chemical fertilizers has continued to increase. Levels will increasingly approach the limits of the physiological needs and availability of existing crops and cause soil compaction, pollution of groundwater and the atmosphere. China is also the second largest country in the world in the application of chemical pesticides. The large-scale application of chemical pesticides controls pests and diseases, but it also directly or indirectly endangers natural enemies of humans, animals, and pests, and diseases and insect pests develop resistance and become more rampant. Annual output losses caused by diseases and insect pests are as high as 35% and economic losses are several billion yuan. To curb this vicious trend of development, it is necessary to reduce the proportion of chemical fertilizers and chemical pesticides in agricultural production and adopt more biological fertilizers. The “sapling spirit†of chitosan plant, a disease-resistant and disease-increasing agent, came into being. Without the use of chemical pesticides and 1/3 less fertilizer, the yield of pollution-free green vegetables and fruits increased by 13%-24%, and the nutritional quality increased by 3%. -19%. The products produced by the “farmhouse fertilizer + “water spirits†+ other biological pesticides†plant protection method are pollution-free green foods of Grade A and Grade AA, and are suitable for Dalian City to implement a pollution-free green food plan and the need for foreign exchange for export. The preparation is rich in raw material resources, prices are similar to organic pesticides, and the comparative benefit of farmers' inputs and outputs is 1:17. The research and development of this project is directly related to the development of the "121" project of the Dalian Agricultural Modernization Park.
