[Result] The rooting rate and seedling rate of A. tulipifera treated by ABT rooting powder were all higher than that of the control, and the highest treatment was 1500 mg/kg, followed by 1000 mg/kg. After 1 year old branches were treated with 1500 mg/kg rooting powder, the rooting rate was highest on river sand and mixed substrates. The annual rooting rate of Euonymus japonicus was the highest. Under suitable temperature conditions, the callus was generated around 10 days from the hardwood cuttings of Euonymus japonicus, and the rooting was completed after 40 to 50 days. [Conclusion] The 1-year-old Euonymus japonicus branches were treated with 1500 mg/kg ABT rooting powder and inserted into the river sand with high rooting rate.
