Driving tractor five attention

1. Do not start to lift the clutch. Slowly release the clutch pedal while properly increasing the throttle. Otherwise, it will cause impact on the clutch assembly and transmission parts, and even damage.

2. The tractor is forbidden to open the neutral or step down the clutch to slide downhill.

3. The gear shifting and working speed selection of the tractor: The correct selection of tractor working speed not only can obtain the best productivity and economy, but also can extend the service life of the tractor. When the tractor is working, it should not be overloaded frequently and the engine must have a certain power reserve. The speed of tractor field work should be chosen so that the engine is working under about 80% load.

4. First reduce the engine throttle, then depress the main clutch pedal, then gradually depress the driving brake operating pedal, so that the tractor stops smoothly. In case of emergency braking, the main clutch pedal and the service brake operating pedal should be depressed at the same time. During driving, the driver is not allowed to place his or her foot on the brake or clutch pedal.

Special reminder: When the tractor is driving on the road, the left and right brake pedals must be interlocked. When the tractor is parked on the slope, it is necessary to hang up the gear before releasing the brake pedal after the engine is turned off, hang the forward gear when going uphill, and hang up the gear when going downhill.

5. When the tractor is working in a heavy field in the field or working on moist and soft soil, the front drive axle is usually engaged to achieve four-wheel drive operation. When the tractor is used for general transportation on hard roads, it is not allowed to engage the front drive axle, otherwise it will cause early wear of the front wheels.
