In the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus, the culture materials are often contaminated with bacteria after inoculation, and all of them are seriously scrapped due to serious environmental pollution, sterilized mushroom houses, and aging of strains. To deal with this situation, in order not to waste the culture material, it can be processed by the following two methods:
First, pasteurization method for every 100 kilograms of contaminated material with lime 6 to 7 kg, 25% of carbendazim 400 to 500 grams, the water content of the polluted material is adjusted to 65%. After mixing well, contaminate the material as high as possible, and use a 4 cm thick stem rod to drill the hole perpendicularly to the bottom and make a hole every 30 to 40 cm. After the film is over, the film is fermented and the temperature rises from 60°C to 70°C when the material is expected to turn over. After the complex heap, turn the heap twice according to this method, and then reduce the temperature by bunching, and insert the viable strains.
Second, the atmospheric pressure sterilization method first dried the contaminated material, and then according to the contaminated material 100 kg, 3 kg of lime, carbendazim 300 grams to the ingredients, the moisture content was adjusted to 60%, after bagging sterilization at atmospheric pressure 10 to 12 hours, and then bored for 12 hours, until cold to room temperature, access to bacteria. After inoculation, the temperature of the culture chamber was maintained at 15°C to 20°C, and the mycelium was fully bagged in about 35 days, and the buds appeared in 40 days, and the mushrooms were harvested in another 4 to 5 days. The development time is 5 to 7 days later than the normal material, and it can receive 2 to 3 tide mushrooms.
